At Puredown, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your bedding within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Puredown packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned bedding, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
